The following method will save you time during registration.

1. Download and print PDF file of the Basketball Registration Form.
2. Once downloaded, print the form and fill it out at home.  
3. Bring the completed form to the express line at Basketball Registration with a registration fee check.  
This process saves you time.

Note: If this is the first time playing, a copy of the player's birth certificate is required at registration.
